Failures might occur due to situations unrelated with the proper functioning of the building. Only authorized personnel and with specific training can act during the scenarios described below.
In case of an electrical failure
- Inform a building assistant or campi Management.
- Help those who might not know the area.
- Do not use candles for lighting.
- Do not leave until you are told to.
- Head towards the exterior or towards an area that has emergency lighting.
- Wait for instructions or for the power to be restored.
In case of an elevator malfunction
- Activate the emergency telephone/button.
- If you are unable to communicate using the emergency telephone/button, inform the command and control centre using the internal emergency number 253 60 10 10.
- Do not try to evacuate the people inside the elevator.
- Do not try to open the elevator doors or leave using the opening in the ceiling.
In case of a water leak/flood
- Do not turn on the lights or the electrical equipment.
- Inform a building assistant or campi Management.
- If safe to do so, try to stop the water leak.
- If safe to do so, try to move the objects that might get damaged by the water.
- Evacuate the area.
In case of a shortage of water
- Inform a building assistant or campi Management.
- Do not drink tap water until you are given different instructions by authorized personnel.
