A bomb threat is defined as a threat to detonate an explosive or incendiary device in order to cause damages. All bomb threats must be taken seriously.

- Remain calm.
- Do not hang up unless your safety is at risk or you have been given the indication to do so.
- Try to obtain and memorize the maximum amount of information possible:
- Time of the call.
- If the caller is a man or a woman.
- Pronunciation.
- Emotional state – aggressive, calm.
- Background noise.
- Location of the device.

- Of the nature of the emergency.
- Provide all the information you gathered.
If you receive a suspicious package
- Handle the package carefully
- Isolate the package immediately.
- Do not open the package.

Identify a suspicious package
- A package that is lacking a return address.
- A package with a strange odour.
- A package emitting strange sounds.
- A package that has stains.
- An unexpected delivery.
If you find a suspicious package
- Do not touch, manipulate, move, cover, isolate or open the object.
- Keep a safe distance.
